Mark your calendars! We are thrilled to announce the revival of the Chinook Park Parent Health Fair, now scheduled to take place the evening of Thursday April 7th, 2022. Pending government health restrictions, this event will be an in-person event
at the school, with events being recorded and provided for virtual viewing online after.
The Health Fair will open up at 5:30pm with a drop in style open house, with exhibitor booths. At 6:30pm, the presentation segment of the Fair will kick off with a Keynote speaker, followed by two blocks of sessions from 7:30-8:30pm.
We are seeking volunteers to support the health fair in the following roles:
Health fair exhibitor outreach & recruitment
Session moderators
IT/ tech support
Donor outreach (e.g., health related swag; prizes; fun snack food etc.)
On-site event support (e.g., set up/ take down, event greeters etc.)
We will be having a virtual Parent Health Fair planning meeting at the beginning of February.
